Easy 15-Day Return
You can request a return within 15 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and unopened
- The packaging is in good condition

Undelivered Orders
If your order is not delivered and returns back to us, we will issue a refund after deducting applicable RTO/shipping charges.
Unopened Product Returns
If you return an unopened product within 15 days, your refund will be processed after product checking.
Refunds may include deduction of:
- Shipping charges
- RTO (Return to Origin) charges, if applicable
Please Note
- Opened or used products cannot be returned
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
